InstaChat Terms of Service<br><br>

This facility is provided free of charge and your use of it indicates your agreement to these Terms of Service. Read them carefully.<br><br>

You must observe the Chat Rules at all times in regard to your conduct within InstaChat.<br><br>

You may not attempt to subvert the server.  This includes excessive logins, unauthorized client software and any form of "bot" or other automated software which interacts with the server or the authorized client in any way.<br><br>

You may not promote or partake in any illegal activity in InstaChat. You agree to hold Student Center and its service providers immune and harmless from any legal claims which result from your use or abuse of InstaChat.<br><br>

You may not attempt to gain access to resources on or of the server, or from other users, to which you have no right to access.<br><br>

You may not use proxies or other intermediaries which cloak or mask your IP address from the server unless they are mandatory for your connection to the Internet. This specifically included "anonymizing" services and CGI proxies.<br><br>

You must accept the decision of the head administrators as being final.<br><br>

SCN has the right to remove users and/or ban users for any reason at anytime.  You are responsible for your actions in our chatrooms.<br><br>
