JeffWelcome to the official Student.com Blog. We have wanted to start a site blog for quite a while. And with today being such a historic day - the day that
Barack Obama is being sworn in as 44th President of The United States - we figured that this would be the perfect day to start a blog.
We will use this blog to keep you updated on what is going on with our site. So we hope that you'll subscribe to it and check back often. But we promise that we'll also have some fun in here as well. Our site is all about community and people getting to know each other, so we want this blog to be more than just a place for information.
We want to thank everybody who is a part of our site. It is all of the users who have built such a great sense of community here. To all of our longtime users, we want you to know that we appreciate each and every one of you. And to all new users, we hope that you will find this a great place to meet people and find it a great resource. Thanks for being part of Student.com. And thanks for being part of our new blog, which is kind of like a new adventure for us.

I purchased a shirt that says "shut your mouth before I doodey in it" from doodeystore.com and wore it into school today. I was sent to the principals office and they made me turn it inside out. I think this is totally unfair. There is nothing offensive about the shirt, I just think its really funny. Can the school make me change? Isn't this freedom of speech?
